Gnosis; While the literal translation for this word is knowledge, it's true meaning is closer to insight and enlightenment. Rather than purely an intellectual understanding then, it is a knowledge of the heart, of wisdom. It is the complete comprehension that comes from both rational and intuited means.

Sound Gnosis Being is the journey that invites us to that very place of knowing. I recommend being in a receptive and relaxing space; perhaps lying down or seated for meditation.
